Please read these instructions carefully before connecting, operating or adjusting the unit. Follow all warnings and operating recommendations in this manual.

Keep this manual for future reference.

RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK

Warning: To prevent fire or shock hazard do not expose the appliance to rain or moisture.

To prevent shock hazard do not remove the cover yourself. Apply to a service centre for repair and maintenance.

CLASS 1 LASER PRODUCT

This unit is classified as Class 1 Laser Product. The corresponding mark is on the rear panel of the unit and it means that the unit employs a beam system. Do not attempt to disassemble the unit. REFER TO QUALIFIED SERVICE PERSONNEL FOR REPAIR.

Connecting to power sources

Check, whether the electricity supply in your home sockets corresponds to the voltage specified ob the housing of the unit.

To prevent fire or shock hazard do not use this unit near water for example, near a bath tub, wash bowl, kitchen sink or laundry tub, in a wet basement, or near a swimming pool and such like places. Prevent the unit from dripping and splashing. Do not immerse the unit into water.

Do not overload wall outlets or extension cords as this can result in a risk of fire or electric shock.

Place the unit in a way that you could easily pull out the plug from the socket if there are some damages.

Place the unit on the flat surface.

For additional protection during lighting and in cases when you are not going to use the unit for a long time, unplug the unit. It will prevent the unit from failure during lighting and power surges.

To unplug the unit, hold it by the plug. Do not pull by the cord.

In order to avoid electric shock do not remove the cover yourself. Do not repair and do not modify the unit. Technical maintenance must be performed only by qualified service personnel.

Install the unit in places with proper ventilation. Do not cover ventilation openings.

The product should be situated away from heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other products (including amplifiers) that produce heat. Do not expose the unit to direct sunlight, excessive dust or mechanical shocks.

Be especially careful if children or disabled persons are near the operating appliance. Do not leave them unattended.

Do not place sources of open fire, such as candles o the unit.

Provide that no foreign objects get into openings of the unit; it can lead to fire or electric shock. If it happens unplug the unit and apply to the service centre.

Do not use high volume while using the earphones. Doctors do not recommend continuous using of earphones.

Conditions Requiring Service

Unplug this unit from the wall outlet and refer servicing to qualified service personnel under the following conditions:

a) When the power supply cord or plug is damaged.

b) There are foreign objects inside the unit.

c) If the unit has been exposed to rain or water.

d) If the unit does not operate normally by following the operating instructions.

e) If the unit has been dropped or its cabinet has been damaged.

f) When the unit exhibits a distinct change in per- formance-this indicates a need for service.

Unplug this unit from the wall outlet before cleaning. Use a damp cloth for cleaning. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosol cleaners.

Do not use cracked or deformed discs, it can damage a unit.

Hold the disc by the edges. Do not touch the surface. Dust, scratches or fingerprints on the surface may lead to a failure of the unit.

Protect the disc from direct sunlight; keep them away from heat sources, high temperature and moisture.

After usage, put the discs in the case for storage.

Wipe periodically the surface of the discs with a soft cloth from the center to the edges.

Before connecting the unit, make sure that your home electricity supply corresponds to the voltage specified on the unit.

1. To connect the unit, insert the plug of the power cord in the corresponding jack (16). Set the switch (1) in the desired operating mode.

Note: Static electricity can lead to interferences in the operation of the unit. In this case disconnect the unit, and then connect it again. If the problem does not disappear, apply to the service center.

2. To switch off the unit, disconnect the power cord from the power supply.

Note: Set the unit in a way that if necessary you could easily take the plug out of the socket.

1. Disconnect the cassette recorder.

2. Open the main battery compartment lid (17), by pressing the catches following the arrow.

3. Insert 8 UM-2/R 14/ C batteries (not supplied) in the battery compartment following the polarity.

4. Close the battery compartment lid (17).

Note: If the unit operates improperly check the batteries and replace them if necessary.

Use only the batteries of the specified type.

Do not subject them to direct sunlight, heat sources.

Battery leakage can lead to injuries and damages of the unit. To avoid damages of batteries follow the instructions below:

- Place the batteries properly, following the polarity marked inside the unit.

- Do not use old and new batteries or batteries of different types together.

- Take the batteries out if you are not going to use the unit for a long time.

Connection of the external device (AUX)

To connect an external device, use the AUX IN jack.

Set the operating modes switch (1) to the “AUX” position.

Connect the earphone jack on the external unit

to the AUX IN jack using the audio cable 3,5 mm Jack - 3,5 mm Jack (not supplied).

Switch on the external unit, now you can listen to records via the speakers of your cassette recorder.

Connection of the earphones

To listen to the music via earphones (not supplied) connect them to the PHONES JACK. Set the desired volume level using the VOLUME control. When connecting the earphones, the speakers will switch off automatically.

Attention! Do not use high volume while using the earphones. Doctors do not recommend continuous using of earphones.

For low-frequency amplification, set the BASS BOOST switch to the “ON” position. To switch on the lowfrequency amplification set the BASS BOOST switch to the “OFF” position.

Attention! In order to save energy always set the operating mode switch to OFF position, when you do not use the unit.

Radio stations reception

1. Set the operating mode switch to RADIO position.

2. Select the desired range: FM, AM or FM ST (FM stereo), by setting the range switch to the corresponding position.

3. Rotate the TUNING knob to select the desired radio station.

While tuning to the station, transferring stereo signal, the FM ST indication will light up.

If stereo signal from FM radio station is weak, set the band switch to the FM position to make the sound better.

4. For better reception in FM band extend the antenna completely and place it under the desired angle. For reception in AM band the cassette recorder has a built-in antenna, for better reception in AM band, try several variants of the cassette recorder location.

5. After you finish listening to the radio set the operating mode switch to OFF position or select another operating mode.

Playback of CD discs (CD-R/RW supported)

Always close the discs slot lid to prevent it from dust. Always extract the disc from the slot if it is not being played back.

Do not open the disc slot while the disc is being played back.

If while playing back the tracks are skipped, lower the volume level.

When you stop listening to CD discs, set the operating modes switch to the OFF position.

1. Open the disc slot lid. Inset the disc and close the lid. Make sure that the disc is inserted properly – with the label upwards.

2. Select the playback mode, by setting the operating modes switch to the CD position.

Note: Make sure that the disc slot lid is closed and locked properly.

3. When the lid is closed and the disc is inside, total number of tracks will appear on the LCDdisplay.

If there is no disc in the disc slot, “ ” will appear on the LCD-display.

If the lid of the disc slot is not closed, “_ _ _”will appear on the LCD-display.

1. To playback press the PLAY/PAUSE button,

the play back of the first track will start. The number of the track and the “ ” symbol will be displayed .

2. To pause the playback, press this button once again, the “ ” symbol will be flashing

played back in a random order. To cancel random playback press the MODE button, until the repeat symbol disappears.

3. To resume playback press the PLAY/PAUSE button once again. Playback will start from the point of pausing.

4. To stop playback press the STOP button, no matter whether the track was in the playback mode or in the pause mode. Total number of tracks will appear on the LCD-display.

5. To switch off the unit, set the operating mode switch to the “OFF” position.

You can program playback of tracks (max. 20) at the desired order.

1. When the playback of the disc is stopped, press the PROGRAM button once. The “PROGRAM” symbol and the “P01” symbol will be flashing on the LCD-display.

Fast rewind/fast forward, moving to the next/previous track

In the playback or pause mode when pressing the SKIP/SEARCH buttons you can move to the next/previous track or to the beginning of the current track. To move to the previous track press the SKIP/SEARCH buttons twice.

In the playback mode press and hold the SKIP/ SEARCH buttons to fast forward or fast reward correspondingly, sound will be played back brokenly.

In the playback mode to repeat one track press the MODE button once, the “REP” symbol will appear on the LCD-display. The selected track will be played back without interruption.

To repeat all tracks on the disc press the MODE


button twice, the ““ symbol will appear on the LCD-display. The disc will be played back without interruption.

To cancel the repeat mode, press the MODE button, until the repeat symbol disappears.

You can playback all the tracks on the disc in a random order. In the stop mode, press the MODE button thrice, the “RANDOM” symbol will appear on the LCD-display and all the tracks will be

Select the desired track, successively pressing the SKIP/SEARCH buttons. The corresponding tracks numbers will be displayed. To store the desired track in memory press the PROGRAM button.

After you finish the programming, the “PROGRAM” and “_ _ _“ will be flashing on the LCDdisplay.

4. To view programmed tracks in the stop mode press the PROGRAM button once, then press the SKIP/SEARCH buttons. The number of the first programmed track will appear on the LCD-display. To view the following programmed tracks repeat this procedure.

5. To cancel programmed playback in the stop mode press the STOP button once or open the disc slot lid. The “PROGRAM” symbol will disappear.

Playback of MP3 discs (CD-R/RW supported)

Always close the discs slot lid to prevent it from dust. Always extract the disc from the slot if it is not being played back.

Do not open the disc slot while the disc is being played back.

If while playing back the tracks are skipped, lower the volume level.

When you stop listening to CD discs, set the operating modes switch to the OFF position.

If the lid of the disc slot is not closed, “_ _ _” will appear on the LCD-display.

1. To playback press the PLAY/PAUSE button,

Depending on the method of creation (burning) of your MP3 disc, tracks can be divided

into folders (albums).

To cancel the repeat mode, press the MODE button, until the repeat symbol disappears.

You can playback all the tracks on the disc in a random order. In the stop mode, press the MODE button four times, the “RANDOM” symbol will appear on the LCD-display and all the tracks will be played back in a random order automatically.

To cancel programmed playback in the stop mode press the MODE button, until the “” symbol disappears.

Note: Every time when pressing the FOLDER button to remind you the number of the last programmed folder will be displayed.

4. To view programmed tracks in the stop mode press the PROGRAM button once, the “P01” symbols will be flashing on the LCD-display. To view the number of the folder, press the FOLDER button, to view the track – the SKIP/ SEARCH buttons. Press the PROGRAM button once again; the “Р02” symbols will be flashing on the LCD-display. To view the following programmed tracks repeat this procedure.

5. To cancel programmed playback in the stop mode press the STOP button once or open the disc slot lid. The “PROGRAM” symbol will disappear.

Note: This unit can playback the most of MP3 discs but there are cases when the disc is not played back due to the settings of the software, used while recording of the disc. (For instance due to absence of the finalization of the disc.)

Playback from a USB flash drive

1. Set the operating modes switch to the CD position.

2. Press the CD/USB button, the “USB” symbol will appear on the LCD-display.

3. Insert a USB device (for instance, portable МРЗ player or flash drive) into the USB jack, total number of tracks will be displayed.

Van nálam egy Ecler PAM 600 régi szériás gép. Az egyik oldali relének megszakadt a tekercse, nem találok sehol a neten sem hasonlót!
48V 20A Eredetileg morse érintkezős volt de beültetéshez a két felesleges lábat kivágták. Még gyári volt a relé nem úgy barkácsolták bele.
A készülékben minden feszültség rendben lévőnek tűnik, de a reléken mindkét oldalon 63-64 volt van. Talán ezért halhatott meg vagy csak egyszerűen elfáradt. nem tudom.
